Question:

How do I search for an asset?

Answer:

Search by Continent:  By selecting the highlighted continent it will display and populate the available inventory. If there is no inventory available for which you have selected, there will be no assets displayed.    

Search by Asset Type: By selecting an asset type in the upper left window it will display the asset type to the top of the page in the order in which you select. You can change your selection by clicking on the asset links at anytime.

Advance Searches:  You can streamline your search by entering the auction ID# by using the “Search By” field.  This search field is located in the upper right hand corner just above the inventory. This advanced search feature will assist in streamlining your search.  If there are no matches to the search which you have entered, there will be no assets displayed.

Question:

How do I place an online auction bid?

Answer:

Step 1: Fill out the online registration form to be entered into the auction bidding database. Once your information has been verified, you will receive a notice within 24-48 hours via the email which you have provided on the registration form.

Step 2: Conduct your search and select your asset type.

Step3: To bid on an asset, you will be required to login "each" time prior placing your bid. There is a login field located on the page of each asset. This login will confirm that you are in the database.

Step 4: When placing an online bid, keep in mind that each bid you submit will include a buyer's premium which will be added to your final bid price. This premium is paid by the winning bidder. The buyer's premium is a fee that is part of the online bidding process and the premium can be found within the content which you are bidding on.

Question:

Is there a membership fee required to bid online?

Answer:

No, there are no membership fees required to join. However, there are optional services and features that you can subscribe to for a modest fee.


Question:

How do I know if I am the winning bidder?

Answer:

The seller will review all bids, if you are the highest online bidder, the owner will decide to accept or reject the bid. Upon the seller accepting the highest bid price, you will be notified via the email that is on file within the auction database. If your bid meets the reserve price, the seller is required to accept the bid, if the bid meets the reserve price and is not accepted by the seller, the seller will forfeit a deposit to IQ holdings LLC.

Can I contact the owner or seller during the online auction period?

Answer:

Yes, If you have a general question, you can contact the owner via the online auction chat that is offered to the seller. This feature is an added online auciton feature and both the seller and buyer must subscribe to this feature during the online auction registration period. The feature can be configured to your iphone or other computer.


Question:

Is there an inspection period for assets being offered on the auction platform?

Answer:

Yes, most all assets of the IQ online auction platform have a five day inspection period. During this period, you will be able to view the asset and determine if the asset meets your needs. All registered bidders will establish a time and date to view the asset, this arrangement is processed through the IQ team in conjunction with the seller.

What payments are required If my bid is accepted by the seller?

Answer:

Upon a confirmed and accepted offer by the seller, you will be notified in writing, by email and by phone. At the time of your notification you will be required to make a 20% non refundable payment within 24 to 48 hours. The full balance is due within 30-days from the date and time of your notification.


Question:

What forms and methods of payments are required for a winning bid?

Answer:

Payment must be provided to an escrow account that is established for the asset that matches your winning bid. Payment instructions will be provided to you during the notification. Certified funds are the only accepted form of payment. The sellers terms and requirements may vary from asset to assets.

How do I load my assets on the auction platform ?

Answer:

Step 1: You must first fill out the online auction registration form and be entered into the IQ online auction database. Once you become a member, you will be able to post and sale your assets on the online bidding platform with the assistance of an IQ team member.   

Step 2: You must contact an IQ member and discuss your asset and selling objectives. The IQ member will assist you in mapping out a customized online auction press and auction advertisment plan that will target qualified (buying) traffic directly to the asset you are selling on the IQ team platform.


Step 3: You must choose a date for your online auction to begin and end. The average timed cycle needed is 90-days, but can be accelerated if necessary. This amount of timeframe is helpful in gathering all the proper data, description, content, images, due dillegence materials, and time is needed to create a high impact HD video presentation.

Step 4: Once all your images, content, data and video have been approved and loaded onto the IQ team platform, your online auction press strategy and national & international marketing campaign will begin.

Can I use the marketing materials and images I have created to represent my asset?

Answer:

Yes, your marketing materials and images and HD video can be used upon our internal review and approval. All marketing materials must be approved and meet the standards and format of the IQ online platform. In most all cases most all materials will have to be re-formatted, optimized, and arranged to best illustrate the asset you wish to sale on the online platform.

Do I have to include a video to present my asset?

Answer:

Yes, each asset will require a short HD video presentation; the video is used in the online auction advertising process to increase a buyers understanding of the asset that is being offered. Video marketing is one of the most powerful and effective tools to consider when marketing online to a worldwide audience. Billions of video searches are performed each day worldwide and online video presentations are in the forefront of all searches conducted online. The IQ online optimizes each video and streams your video without delay.


Question:

Who will produce my video?

Answer:

An IQ member will assist you in creating and producing your high impact video, there will be a fee charged to shoot, edit and produce your video. Videos are coded and rendered in multiple HD formats and can be viewed on most any digital device, to include; Computers, Laptops, Iphones, blackberrys, HDTV's, PDAs, Billboards, and many other handheld devices.


Question:

Is a contract required to advertise my asset on the auction site?

Answer:

Yes, a timed auction contract is required and the basic timed auction contract last for 90 days. If your asset does not sale within the online auction period, it will be removed from the auction database, or alternatively you can renew your auction period and benefit from the same materials for an additional 90-days.
